KASFO는 지난 22일부터 25일까지 국가위기 및 안보위협에 대비하여 전시전환절차 숙달을 위한 비상소집, 전시직제편성 훈련, 종합상황실 운영 등을 진행했다.

특히 안보위협 상황발생 시 대응능력 강화를 위한 위기대응 훈련, 민방공 훈련, 실전사격 훈련 등을 실시하였으며 총 7건의 도상연습과 ’정부(교육)기능 유지 및 지원방안‘의 전시 주요과제 토의훈련도 진행되었다.

KASFO 홍덕률 이사장은 “최근 안보 문제는 군사적 영역에서뿐만 아니라 경제, 사회, 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 예고 없이 찾아오고 있다.”면서 “이러한 환경 속에서 국가의 지속가능성 확보를 위한 일상의 대비태세에 만전을 기할 수 있도록 역량을 높여 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
