31일 성신여자대학교에서 열린 이번 이사회에는 경영진 및 비상임이사와 근로자대표가 함께 참여해 의견을 나누었으며 이사회에 앞서 ’사학혁신 지원사업‘ 선도대학(법인)인 성신여자대학교(학교법인 성신학원)와 소통을 통해 대학현장의 고충을 수렴하고 현실적인 대학 지원방안에 대해 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.
이어진 이사회에서 KASFO 이사진은 해산된 학교법인의 조속한 청산을 위해 ’2022년도 1차 폐교대학 청산 융자 지원(안)‘을 심의·의결했다.
이후 홍제동 행복기숙사(연합)의 사생실 및 제어실 등을 둘러보고, 코로나19 집단확산 방지에 기여한 행정직원들을 격려하면서 입주생의 안전한 주거환경을 마련하고 생활 만족도를 높이기 위해 노력해줄 것을 당부했다.
KASFO 홍덕률 이사장은 “코로나19 엔데믹 전환을 기회로 대학 현장과의 소통을 보다 활성화하여 현장중심의 대학지원 방안을 마련할 것”이라고 강조했다.
아울러 “행복기숙사 지원사업을 통해 대학생 주거 안정 및 주거부담 경감을 지속적으로 추진하고, 보다 안전하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 마련할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
