【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국사학진흥재단(이사장 홍덕률, 이하 ‘KASFO’)이 여성가족부로부터 ‘가족친화기관’으로 인증받았다고 19일 밝혔다.
가족친화기관 인증이란 자녀출산, 양육지원, 유연근무제도 등 가족친화제도를 종합적으로 심사하여 모범적으로 운영하는 기관에 인증을 부여하는 제도다.
KASFO는 ‘17년 가족친화기관으로 인증 받아 ’20년 유효기간을 2년 연장하였으며, 올해 우수한 가족친화 경영과 근로자 일‧생활 균형 지원으로 재인증 받아 2025년 11월까지 그 자격을 유지하게 되었다고 밝혔다.
KASFO가 가족친화기관으로 재인증을 받는데는 임직원의 유연근무 활용을 적극적으로 권장과 야근 문화를 근절하기 위해 특정 요일마다 정시퇴근제를 시행 등이 큰 몫을 담당한 것으로 보인다.
이를 통해 육아휴직 후 복귀율, 산전후휴가 후 고용유지율, 임신기 근로시간단축 이용률에서 100%를 달성하였으며 유연근무 활용률 80% 이상을 달성하면서 높은 점수로 재인증 받은 것으로 알려진다.
KASFO 홍덕률 이사장은 “직원들의 행복한 직장생활은 기관의 성과와 개인의 성장에 밑거름이다”면서 “가족친화 인증기관으로 가족친화 경영을 더욱 강화하고 직원들이 일터와 가정에서 균형 잡힌 생활을 할 수 있도록 더욱 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
