【브레이크뉴스 경산】이성현 기자=한국한의약진흥원(원장 직무대행 신제수)은 ㈜한국갤럽조사연구소와 함께 9월 5일부터 3개월 동안‘2024년 한방의료이용 실태조사’를 실시한다.

5일 한국한의약진흥원에 따르면 이번 실태조사는 한의 의료서비스의 수요와 이용 형태, 만족도 등을 파악하여 국가통계자료를 구축하기 위해 진행된다. 조사 대상은 만 19세 이상 국민 5,000명과 한방 외래 및 입원서비스 이용자 2,000명 등 총 7,000명이다.

일반 국민 대상의 조사에서는 한방의료이용 경험과 인식, 자녀의 한방의료 이용 실태, 한의약 공공보건의료 서비스 이용 의향 등에 대해, 한의 의료기관 이용자에게는 의료 서비스 관련 문항을 포함하여 실시한다.

조사 방식은 직접 대면을 기본으로 하지만 필요에 따라 유치조사(설문지를 남겨두고 재방문하여 수거하는 방식) 등 비대면도 병행할 예정이다.

한국한의약진흥원은 신뢰성 있는 결과를 도출하기 위해 전문 자문위원 운영과 조사원 교육 및 모니터링 등 철저한 관리 체계를 마련했다. 신제수 원장 직무대행은“이번 실태조사 결과는 국민의 요구를 반영한 정책 개발의 중요한 근거자료가 될 것”이라며 국민들의 적극적인 참여를 당부했다.

실태조사 결과는 한방의료이용 및 한약소비실태조사 누리집을 통해 내년 초에 공개될 예정이다.

Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine (Acting Director Shin Je-soo) will conduct the ‘2024 Survey on the Status of Traditional Korean Medicine Use’ for 3 months starting September 5th in cooperation with Korea Gallup Research Institute.

The Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine has established a thorough management system, including operating expert advisory committees and training and monitoring investigators, to produce reliable results. Acting Director Shin Je-soo said, “The results of this survey will serve as important basis for policy development that reflects the needs of the people,” and asked for the public’s active participation.

The results of the survey will be released early next year through the website of the Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey.
