【브레이크뉴스 경산】이성현 기자=한국한의약진흥원(원장 정창현) 한의약혁신기술개발사업단(단장 박민정, 이하 사업단)은 최근 새롭게 개발된 ‘한약제제-합성의약품 병용투여지침 작성 가이던스’를 출간한다고 9일 밝혔다.

사업단은 한약과 양약 병용 시 발생 가능한 약동학적 변화를 규명하고자 약물상호작용 연구를 지원하고 있으며 한약과 양약 병용투여 시 안전성 정보를 확인할 수 있는 근거 기반‘한약제제-합성의약품 병용투여지침’개발을 추진 중이다.

한약과 양약 병용투여 안전성에 관한 연구는 그동안 단편적으로 수행된 바 있으나, 임상현장에서 사용가능한 한약-양약의 병용투여지침 개발은 이번이 처음이다.

식품의약품안전처 관련 가이드라인은 물론 미국 식품의약국, 유럽의약품청 및 일본 국립의약품식품위생연구소 가이드라인을 바탕으로 국제 표준에 부합하는 근거기반 병용투여지침 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

특히 이번에 출간된‘한약제제-합성의약품 병용투여지침 작성 가이던스’는 약물상호작용 연구 결과의 수집·분석·평가 방법은 물론, 근거 기반 권고사항 도출 기준 등을 자세히 제시하고 있으며, 표준화된 지침 개발을 돕기 위해 병용투여지침 작성 서식을 함께 배포한다.

또한 국가한의임상정보포털에서 PDF로 무료 제공받을 수 있으며, 오적산-세레콕시브 병용투여 예시를 포함한 가이던스 기반 병용투여지침 작성 서식도 다운로드 받을 수 있다.

박민정 한의약혁신기술개발사업단장은 “사업단은 국민들이 자주 함께 복용하는 다양한 한약과 양약 병용투여지침을 개발 중”이라면서 “가이던스를 바탕으로 개발될 한약제제-합성의약품 병용투여지침을 통해 안전한 한·양약 병용투여 정보가 제도적으로 활용될 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.

In particular, the 'Guidelines for Combination Administration of Herbal Medicines-Synthetic Drugs' published this time provides detailed guidelines for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating drug interaction research results, as well as standards for deriving evidence-based recommendations.
