또한, 이번 신규사업에 봉성 급경사지붕괴위험지구 정비사업도 함께 선정되어 총사업비 5억 원에 대한 2025년도 예산을 전액을 확보하는 성과를 거뒀다.

한편, 봉화군은 현재 전체사업비 915억 원으로 추진 중인 자연재해위험개선지구 정비사업(암돌‧비동‧북곡‧굴현지구) 및 평기 풍수해생활권 종합정비사업에도 사업 추진에 박차를 가해 조속한 준공을 통한 지역주민의 안전한 생활환경 조성에 노력을 기하고 있다.
