대한사이클연맹과 한국실업사이클연맹이 주관하고 강원도사이클연맹이 주최한 이번 대회는 국제사이클연맹(UCI) 승인을 받은 국제대회로, 전국 남녀중·고등부와 일반부 6개 부문에 총 69팀 320명과 해외팀 15팀 29명이 참가해 열띤 경쟁을 벌였다.
상주시청 사이클팀은 단체스프린트와 단체추발 경기에서 2위를 기록한 것을 시작으로, 독주경기 2위(김보미), 옴니엄경기 2위(김민정), 포인트 경기 2위(장수지), 제외경기 2위(장수지) 등 고른 성적을 거두며 종합우승을 확정했다. 전제효 감독은 최우수 감독상까지 수상하며 팀의 기량을 입증했다.

Sangju City Hall Women's Cycling Team Wins Overall Championship at Yangyang International and National Competition
The Sangju City Hall Women's Cycling Team once again proved its status as the nation's strongest team by winning the overall championship at the "2025 Yangyang International and National Cycling Competition" held from August 19th to 22nd.
Organized by the Korea Cycling Federation and the Korea Professional Cycling Federation and hosted by the Gangwon-do Cycling Federation, this competition, an international competition approved by the International Cycling Union (UCI), saw fierce competition across six categories: men's and women's middle and high school and general divisions. A total of 320 participants from 69 teams and 29 participants from 15 international teams participated.
The Sangju City Hall Cycling Team secured the overall championship with a consistent performance, starting with second place in the team sprint and team pursuit events, followed by second place in the solo event (Kim Bo-mi), second place in the omnium event (Kim Min-jeong), second place in the points event (Jang Su-ji), and second place in the elimination event (Jang Su-ji). Coach Jeon Je-hyo also won the Best Coach Award, demonstrating the team's prowess.
