【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=HXD화성개발(대표 박종수)은 26일 경기도 부천시 ‘부천원종 혜원연립·방배아파트 가로주택정비사업’ 조합과 정식 도급계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
회사는 지난 9월 시공사로 선정된 이후 조합과 협의를 이어왔으며, 약 3개월 만에 본계약을 마무리했다.
이번 사업은 대한토지신탁이 사업대행 방식으로 추진하며, 부천시 원종동 일원 4,841.40㎡ 부지에 지하 2층~지상 13층, 총 128세대 규모의 아파트 단지를 조성하는 내용이다. 총 공사비는 419억 원이며, 착공은 이주 및 철거 절차가 마무리되는 2026년 하반기로 계획돼 있다.
사업지는 원종역과 부천종합운동장역, 경인고속도로 등이 가까워 교통 접근성이 우수하다. 여월초·원종초·까치울중 등 교육시설이 인접해 있으며, 홈플러스·부천제일시장·부천시립박물관·북부도서관·도당근린공원 등 생활 인프라도 갖추고 있어 주거 선호도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
특히 서울지사장은 “대장신도시~서울 홍대입구를 연결하는 약 20km의 도시철도 ‘대장–홍대선’ 개통이 본격화되면 원종역이 서울 서북부 교통축의 핵심 거점으로 부상할 것”이라며 “축적한 시공 경험과 품질 경쟁력을 바탕으로 입주자 주거 만족도를 극대화하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, HXD화성개발은 최근 수도권 사업 수주를 잇달아 확보하고 있다. 회사는 올해 서울 장위동 공공지원 민간임대주택 사업을 착공했으며, 지난 3월에는 ‘경기도 이천시 보은아파트·연립주택 소규모 재건축사업’ 도급계약을 체결하며 사업 영역을 확대하고 있다.

This project, being implemented by Korea Land Trust through a project agency, involves building an apartment complex with 128 units, ranging from two basement levels to 13 stories above ground, on a 4,841.40㎡ site in Wonjong-dong, Bucheon. The total construction cost is 41.9 billion won, and construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026, once relocation and demolition procedures are completed.
The project site boasts excellent transportation accessibility, with Wonjong Station, Bucheon Sports Complex Station, and the Gyeongin Expressway nearby. It is also close to educational institutions such as Yeowol Elementary School, Wonjong Elementary School, and Kkachiul Middle School, and boasts amenities such as Homeplus, Bucheon Jeil Market, Bucheon City Museum, Bukbu Library, and Dodang Neighborhood Park, making it a highly desirable residential location.

Meanwhile, HXD Hwaseong Development has recently secured a string of projects in the Seoul metropolitan area. The company broke ground on the public-supported private rental housing project in Jangwi-dong, Seoul this year, and is expanding its business scope by signing a contract for the small-scale reconstruction project of Boeun Apartments and row houses in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do in March.
