【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구광역시행복진흥사회서비스원이 지역 내 민간 사회서비스 제공기관의 역량 강화를 위해 지원사업을 본격적으로 추진한다.
행복진흥원은 16일, 민간 사회서비스 제공기관의 운영 능력과 종사자 전문성 강화를 목표로 ‘2026년 민간기관 지원사업’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 기관의 경영 및 안전 관리 역량을 높이고, 종사자 직무 능력을 강화해 이용자에게 제공되는 사회서비스의 질을 향상시키는 데 목적이 있다. 주요 지원 내용은 경영컨설팅, 안전컨설팅, 종사자 역량 강화 교육, 프로그램 강사 파견 등이다.
행복진흥원은 지난해 해당 사업을 통해 총 626회의 맞춤형 지원을 실시했다. 경영컨설팅은 노무, 세무, 재무회계 등 83회 진행됐으며, 장기요양기관 지정 갱신을 앞둔 36개 기관에 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공해 모든 기관이 재지정에 성공했다고 설명했다.
이외에도 시설, 소방, 전기, 방역 등 분야에서 56회의 안전컨설팅과 311회의 시설 안전점검을 실시했다. 또, 종사자 전문성 향상을 위한 교육 38회, 이용자 서비스 개선을 위한 프로그램 강사 파견 138회도 진행됐다.
지난해 사업에 참여한 기관들의 만족도는 5점 만점에 평균 4.8점으로 높게 나타났다.
올해 사업 참여기관 모집은 3월부터 5월까지 진행되며, 자세한 일정과 신청 방법은 행복진흥원 홈페이지 공지사항에서 확인할 수 있다. 행복진흥원 관계자는 “현장 중심의 지원을 통해 지역 사회서비스 체계를 한층 더 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
