【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구평생교육진흥원이 지역 내 평생학습 기반을 강화하고 교육 소외를 해소하기 위해 ‘지역 평생학습 프로그램’을 운영할 기관 50여 곳을 오는 4월 17일까지 모집한다고 31일 밝혔다.

이번 공모는 대구 지역 내 평생교육 기관과 단체를 대상으로 진행된다. 일반 성인뿐 아니라 장애인, 경계선지능, 다문화, 노인 등 교육에서 소외된 계층을 포함한 다양한 시민을 대상으로 프로그램을 운영할 기관을 선정할 계획이다.

모집 규모는 50여 개소이며, 참가 신청은 대구평생학습플랫폼에서 온라인으로 접수받는다.

지원 분야는 직업능력 향상, AI·디지털 교육, 시민역량 강화, 장애인·경계선지능·다문화·노인 대상 교육 등 폭넓게 구성됐다. 

특히 올해는 지역 산업과 연계된 직업교육 프로그램과 AI·디지털 역량 강화 사업에 대한 지원을 우대할 방침이다.

대구평생교육진흥원 관계자는 “이번 공모를 통해 지역 맞춤형 평생학습을 확대하고, 시민의 학습 참여 기회를 넓혀 지역 경제 활성화에도 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
