【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구경북경제자유구역청(청장 최삼룡)은 19일대구경북경제자유구역청 2층 세미나실에서 지역기업 혁신생태계 지원과 투자유치 활성화를 위해 대구 그리고 경북창조경제혁신센터 간 상호 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약식은 코로나19 등으로 어려워진 지역기업의 혁신성장 지원을위한 생태계 조성과 투자유치 활성화를 위해 상호 업무협력을 통해 상생 발전하고자 하기 위한 것이다.

주요 협약내용은 ▲지역기업과 대구경북경제자유구역 입주기업 간 협력사업 발굴 및 동반성장을 위한 상호협력 ▲지역기업의 국내외 투자유치활성화를 위한 상호협력 ▲지역기업의 혁신생태계 조성을 위한 상호협력 ▲지역기업의 지식재산 창출·보호, 인력 수급 및 고용안정 지원을위한 협력·지원 등이다.

대구경북경제자유구역청은 지난 7월 제5대 최삼룡 청장의 취임과 함께기업의 혁신성장 생태계 조성과 4차 산업혁명시대 제조기업의 스마트화추진을 통한 투자유치 활성화에 매진하고 있다.

이번 대구경북경제자유구역청과 업무협약을 체결하는 대구창조경제혁신센터(센터장 이재일)는‘스케일업 지역창업의 거점’기관으로 지역창업기업의 생태계 조성·지원과 확산에 노력하고 있으며, 경북창조경제혁신센터(센터장 이경식)는 ‘지역 기업의 적극적인 동반자’로서혁신형 창업기업 육성과 ICT 융복합 신산업 생태계 구축을 위해 노력하고 있다.

대구경북경제자유구역청 등 3개 기관은 이번 협약 후 주기적으로 회의를개최하여 상호협력사업을 발굴하고 추진상황 점검을 추진하기로 했다.
