【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구경북경제자유구역청(청장 김병삼)은 13일 영천 한중엔시에스 대회의실에서 ‘영천 대달산업 폭발사고’ 피해기업 지원을 위한 2차 대책회의를 열었다. 

회의는 지난 3일 발생한 화재·폭발 사고로 피해를 입은 기업들의 조속한 복구와 정상화를 위한 실질적 지원 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

지난 1차 대책회의에서 논의된 피해 현황과 지원 방향을 바탕으로 보다 구체적인 지원책이 집중적으로 검토됐다.

경상북도는 중소기업 운전자금과 긴급경영 안정자금을 통해 최대 5억 원까지 융자를 지원하고 이차보전율을 높여 기업들의 재정 부담을 완화하기로 했다. 

영천시는 화재증명원 발급 기업에 재해 중소기업확인증을 제공하며, 운전자금 이차보전 확대 등 실질적인 금융 지원에 나선다.

중소벤처기업진흥공단과 경북신용보증재단도 각각 최대 10억 원의 직접 대출과 2억 원의 저금리 보증 지원을 통해 피해기업의 경영 안정에 힘을 보탤 예정이다.

영천 상공회의소와 지역 금융기관들은 안전시설 유지보수와 재난 피해복구비 지원 등 다양한 방식으로 신속한 회복을 돕는다.

아울러 경제자유구역청은 피해지역 30여 개 기업을 대상으로 설계용역과 감리용역 비용의 50% 감면을 지원하고, 피해건축물에 대해서는 선공사 후 인허가 절차를 진행할 수 있도록 행정적 편의를 제공한다.

김병삼 청장은 “이번 사고로 피해를 입은 기업들이 하루빨리 정상화될 수 있도록 유관기관과 협력해 실질적인 지원책을 마련하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Yeongcheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry and local financial institutions will support a swift recovery through various means, including safety facility maintenance and disaster recovery expenses.

Furthermore, the Free Economic Zone Authority will provide a 50% discount on design and supervision costs for approximately 30 companies in the affected area and provide administrative convenience for damaged buildings, allowing them to complete construction before proceeding with permitting procedures.

Commissioner Kim Byung-sam stated, "We will do our utmost to develop practical support measures in cooperation with relevant organizations to ensure the swift recovery of businesses affected by this accident."
