한국국제통상마이스터고등학교는 글로벌 통상 분야의 인재 양성을 위해 올해 개교했으며, 월성본부는 이번 결연식을 시작으로 본부 직원 10명과 학생 60명을 1:6으로 매칭해, 내년 1월까지 3개월간 학업 및 진로 상담 등 멘토링 프로그램을 진행할 예정이다.

노기경 본부장은 “앞으로 학생들이 성장해 국가와 경주 발전의 주역이 되길 바란다.”면서 “월성본부는 이를 위해 멘토링 프로그램 운영뿐만 아니라, 장학금 수여, 교육기자재 지원 등 다양한 교육여건 개선활동을 할 것이다.”고 밝혔다.
