【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교(총장직무대행 송용)는 지난 21일,22일 양일간 경주한화리조트에서 학생회 간부 대상 “마인트 Up! 비전 Up! 인성·리더십 캠프”를 개최했다고 25일 밝혔다.

교육부 지원 전문대학혁신지원사업으로 진행된 이번 캠프는 인성기반 리더십, 리더가 지녀야 할 역량, DISC 행동유형 자가 진단, 팀별 미션 등의 다양한 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

캠프에 참여한 이세인(스마트전기에너지과 2학년) 학생은 “리더가 되기 위해 어느 부분이 부족하고 보충해야 하는지 알 수 있는 계기가 되었고, 남을 이해하고 서로 보완해 주는 것이 중요함을 깨닫게 되었다. 앞으로 나의 미래 방향성에 대해 한번 더 생각해 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회였다”고 전했다.

국중석 입학학생처장은 “이번 캠프를 참여한 모두에게 리더십의 이해와 함께 타인과의 원만한 관계형성, 협업능력을 갖춘 미래사회가 요구하는 인재로 성장하는데 좋은 기회가 되었을 것이라 생각한다. 앞으로도 더욱 다양한 프로그램 운영으로 4차 산업혁명 대응 및 미래형 인재양성에 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Seonlin University Hosts Integrity/Leadership Camp
