【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교(총장 곽진환)는 지난 6일 오후 3시 30분부터 포항 라한호텔에서 교직원과 지역 산업체 관계자 등 120여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2025학년도 선린대학교 재정지원사업 성과확산포럼’을 개최했다.

이번 포럼은 재정지원사업 활성화에 기여한 지역 산업체에 대한 감사패 전달을 시작으로, ▲3주기 1차년도 전문대학 혁신지원사업 성과보고 ▲2025학년도 RISE사업 1차년도 성과보고 ▲재정지원사업 프로그램별 재학생 우수 수기 발표 등의 순서로 진행됐다.

이날 산학협력단 김병용 단장은 ‘3주기 1차년도 전문대학 혁신지원사업 성과보고’를 통해 2025학년도 혁신지원사업의 주요 성과를 공유했다. 김 단장은 교육혁신전략을 비롯해 고등직업교육혁신, 산학·지역협력혁신, 지역동행·사회기여혁신 등 각 영역별 추진 성과와 자율성과지표 달성 현황을 중심으로 사업 성과를 설명했다.

김병용 단장은 “3주기 혁신지원사업을 통해 대학 전반의 교육체계와 성과관리 기반을 고도화하고, 학생 성공을 실현함과 동시에 지역사회에 기여하는 사회적 가치 창출형 대학으로 도약할 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

이어 RISE사업단 한정안 단장은 1차년도 RISE사업 성과보고에서 “RISE 체계의 핵심은 대학의 교육혁신이 지역 산업 경쟁력 강화로 이어지고, 이를 통해 지역 인재의 정주로 연결되는 선순환 구조를 구축하는 데 있다”고 강조했다. 또한 “앞으로도 지자체와 지역 기업과의 협력 거버넌스를 더욱 공고히 해 지역과 대학이 함께 성장하는 상생 기반을 확대하고, 지역사회 발전에 실질적으로 기여하는 지역혁신 거점대학의 역할을 충실히 수행하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 이번 행사는 ‘지역사회와 함께하는 대학혁신의 미래, 성장의 길을 걷다’를 주제로 선린대학교가 수행 중인 전문대학 혁신지원사업과 RISE사업 등 정부 재정지원사업의 주요 성과를 공유하고, 사업 간 연계를 통해 지속 가능한 대학혁신 모델을 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.

Sunlin University Holds 2025 Financial Support Project Results Expansion Forum

During the presentation, Kim Byeong-yong, Director of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, shared the key achievements of the 2025 Innovation Support Project through the "3rd Cycle, 1st Year of the Junior College Innovation Support Project Results Report." Director Kim presented the project's achievements, focusing on the educational innovation strategy, higher vocational education innovation, industry-academia-regional cooperation innovation, and regional partnership and social contribution innovation, as well as the status of autonomous performance indicators achieved in each area.

Director Kim Byeong-yong stated, "Through the third cycle of innovation support projects, we will continuously strive to enhance the university's overall educational system and performance management foundation, ensuring student success and fostering a leap forward as a socially value-creating university that contributes to the local community."

Meanwhile, this event, themed “The Future of University Innovation Together with the Local Community, Walking the Path to Growth,” was organized to share the major achievements of government-funded projects such as the Professional College Innovation Support Project and the RISE Project currently being carried out by Sunlin University, and to establish a sustainable university innovation model through linkages between projects.
