새마을재단은 지난 9일 도청에서 열린 2022년 출자·출연기관 종합청렴도 평가 시상식에서 최상위 등급을 받아 표창을 수여 받았다고 12일 밝혔다.

종합청렴도평가는 경상북도 산하 기관까지 청렴문화가 뿌리내릴 수 있도록‘경상북도 청렴도 향상 조례’에 의거 2021년부터 실시하고 있다.

도민이 직접 평가하는 외부청렴도 점수와 내부 직원이 평가하는 내부청렴도 점수, 기관의 부패방지시책평가를 합산한 종합점수를 기본으로 평가하고 있다.

새마을재단 이병월 사무처장은“청렴한 직장문화를 만들기 위해 모든 임직원들이 합심하여 반부패 시책에 적극 참여하고 있다.”면서

“이번 종합청렴도 평가에 안주하지 않고 부족하다고 평가받았던 부분을 보완하여 도민에게 신뢰받는 새마을재단이 되도록 노력하겠다.”고 포부를 밝혔다.
