【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경북지역특화 관광 사업모델을 보유한 기업을 발굴·지원하기 위한 ‘2024 경북 관광 스타트업 공모전’이 4월 3일까지 이메일 접수를 통해 진행된다.
경북문화관광공사(사장 김남일, 이하 공사)와 경상북도, 경주시가 공동으로 진행하는 이번 공모전은 체험콘텐츠형, 기술혁신형, 시설기반형, 지역특화형, 창의적인 관광 사업 아이디어를 보유한 예비, 초기(3년 미만) 스타트업이 대상이다.
접수된 신청자는 1차 서류심사와 2차 발표심사를 거쳐 예비 5개사, 초기 5개사로 최종 10개사가 선정된다.
최종 선정된 관광스타트업 창업자와 기업에는 1천만원에서 2천만원 상당의 사업화 자금과 경북관광기업지원센터 내 입주공간 지원과 창업아카데미, 엑셀러레이팅 등 사업화 프로그램을 제공한다.
접수는 경북문화관광공사 또는 경북관광기업지원센터 홈페이지 공고문을 참고하여 4월 3일 15시까지 이메일로 제출하면 된다.
김남일 사장은 “경북의 풍부한 관광자원을 활용해 경북관광 산업을 이끌어 갈 예비창업자와 관광스타트업을 발굴해 경북 관광산업 활성화와 일자리 창출에 힘쓸 예정이다.”며, “혁신적인 아이디어를 지닌 관광 스타트업의 많은 참여와 관심을 바란다.”고 말했다.

The ‘2024 Gyeongbuk Tourism Startup Contest’ to discover and support companies with specialized tourism business models in the Gyeongbuk region will be held through email applications until April 3.
