대구‧경북TP, 대구연구개발특구, 기술보증기금이 공동으로 주관한 이번 기술상담회는 코로나19 예방을 위해 온라인 화상회의를 통한 비대면 일대일 상담 방식으로 진행되었다. 대구경북 소재 10개 대학에서는 △사물인터넷(IoT)·인공지능(AI)·빅데이터 △의료·바이오·헬스케어 △미래차·자율주행차 △로봇·첨단 소재 등 4개 분야 41개 기술을 출품했다.

대구TP는 이번 기술상담회를 위해 대구·경북 10개 대학이 제공한 41개 코로나 대응 미래 유망기술 소개 자료를 지난 10월 19일부터 홈페이지 등을 통해 미리 공개하였다. 또한 지난 6일까지 참여기업의 수요조사 및 상담신청 결과, 대구시 스타기업, 중기부 지역스타기업, 글로벌 강소기업 등 15개사를 포함하여 총 66개사 118건의 사전 상담을 접수받았다.

지난 12일 대구은행 제2본점 창업캠퍼스에서 진행된 집중 상담회에서는 사전 신청한 33개사와 각 분야별 연구자들이 온라인 및 오프라인을 통해 총 53건의 일대일 기술상담을 진행하였다. 대구TP 관계자는 이번 상담회를 통해 총 10여건의 기술이전 계약이 추진될 것으로 전망했다.

이번 상담회에 참가한 ㈜서티핏은 경북대의 ‘데이터 전달 장치, 방법 및 이를 이용한 사물인터넷 시스템 기술’에 대해 향후 기술이전 및 공동 연구개발(R&D) 등을 공동으로 진행하는 등 기술사업화를 보다 구체화시켜 나갈 계획이다.

㈜서티핏 정진형 대표는 “이번 기술이전을 통해 신제품에 적용할 수 있는 첨단기술을 확보할 수 있게 되어 사업영역 확대에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

배선학 대구TP 기업지원단장은 “기술 환경이 급변화 되면서 제품의 수명주기도 빨라지고 있는 추세에 대응하기 위해서는 미래 첨단융합기술을 확보하기 위한 기술협력이 절실히 필요하다.”며 “지역 기업들이 사업화 유망기술 이전뿐만 아니라 기술융합을 통한 신제품 개발 및 신산업 분야로의 진출까지 확대될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 대구TP는 지난 2015년부터 지역의 기술이전·기술사업화 활성화를 위해 지역에 소재한 유관기관과 함께 기술이전 설명회를 지속적으로 개최하여 연 평균 약 90건 이상의 기술이전 중개를 진행해 오고 있다.
