이번 워크숍은 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 비대면(영상)으로 진행됐다.

이날 임직원들은 심덕보 이시장의 온라인 특강을 통해 공단 경영방침 중 하나인 신뢰화합 상생경영의 의미를 되새기고 포항의 과거와 현재, 미래를 살피고 포항에 대한 자긍심을 고취 시키며, 직원으로서의 역량을 강화했다.

워크숍에는 직원 80여명이 온라인 화상프로그램을 통해 특강을 들으며 공감점, 질문사항, 개인의견 등을 자유롭게 개진했다.

특히 이번 워크숍은 노사혁신을 주제로 각 특강에서는 공통적으로 노사 직원 간의 신뢰, 상생, 협력을 강조해 사측과 노조측이 함께 나아가야되는 방향을 제시했다.

심덕보 이사장은 "노사 화합과 상생을 도모해 포스트 코로나 시대를 함께 극복하고 공단조직에 새로운 활기와 도약의 기회가 되기를 기대한다"고 말했다.
