이 날 개회식은 양측 교섭위원 40여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행되었으며, 양측 교섭대표 위원이 절차 합의서에 서명하고 2022년 집단(임금)교섭 개시를 공식화 했다.

교육부 및 17개 시도교육청과 전국학교비정규직연대회의는 앞으로 주 1회 실무교섭을 갖고 집단(임금)교섭 요구안에 대한 양측 입장을 조율해 나갈 예정이다.

‘2022. 집단(임금)교섭’은 교육부 및 17개 시도교육청과 전국학교비정규직연대회의 간 기본급 및 각종 수당 등 임금에 대해 집단적으로 교섭하는 것을 말하며, 2017년 이후 6번째이다.

이번 집단(임금)교섭의 대표인 강은희 대구시교육감은“투명하고 공정한 진행 과정 속에 노사 간 충분한 협의가 이루어진다면, 양측이 서로 만족할 수 있고 상생할 수 있는 방안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다”고 말했다.
