스마트앱어워드 2022는 한국인터넷전문가협회에서 주최, 올해 가장 우수한 인터넷 서비스를 선정하는 행사로 이날 양재 aT센터 그랜드홀에서 시상식이 진행됐다. 

IM샵은 전자금융기반의 선불전자지급수단으로, 지역사랑상품권 및 다양한 정책자금을 지자체가 시민에게 손쉽게 제공할 수 있어 개인 고객의 편리한 상품권 사용에 쓰이고 있다. 

DGB대구은행은 올해 8월 지역사랑상품권 이용 편의성 증대 및 지역 소상공인을 위한 IM샵의 다양한 생활 금융 서비스를 지자체와 개인, 소상공인들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 서비스를 전면 개편하여 이용자 모두에게 접근성을 개선한 점을 높이 인정받아 특별 대상에 선정됐다. 

개선된 서비스를 통해 지역사랑상품권, 정책자금, 모바일교통카드 서비스 및 다양한 간편 결제를 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 했다.

또 지역사랑상품권 가맹점 점주의 사업자서비스와 전국 소상공인들을 위한 무료 구인·구직, 마케팅쿠폰, 매출분석 및 마케팅 기능을 강화하는 등 꾸준히 고객 편의를 제고했다.
