먼저 긴급경영안정자금 200억원을 배정하여 화재 피해가 확인된 중소기업 및 소상공인에게 업체당 최대 1억원까지 지원하고 신규자금 대출에 최대 1.8%의 특별금리감면을 적용하여 금융비용 부담을 완화한다.

또 대구신용보증재단에 30억원을 긴급 특별출연해 출연 재원으로 대구신용보증재단에서 보증심사를 거쳐 경영애로를 겪고 있는 소상공인과 대구 매천시장 화재 피해기업 등에 450억 규모의 보증을 지원할 예정이다.

대구신용보증재단 보증료 우대지원 및 대구시 경영안정자금 이차보전 연계 지원을 통해 대구시 소재 중소기업은 1.3%에서 2.2%의 대출이자 지원을 받을 수 있어 금융부담을 최소화 했다.
