【브레이크뉴스 김천】이성현 기자=김천시(시장 김충섭)는 1인 가구 및 취약계층의 안전 확인을 위한‘김천행복살피미’ 앱을 도입해 운영한다고 14일 밝혔다.

시에 따르면‘김천행복살피미’앱은 개인 휴대폰의 화면을 만지거나 버튼을 조작하는 활동 등을 감지하여 대상자가 지정한 시간(6시간~72시간) 동안 휴대전화를 사용하지 않을 경우 사전 등록된 보호자(최대 3명)에게 구호 문자를 자동 발송한다.

보호자는 대상자의 이름, 휴대폰 미사용 시간, 위치정보 등을 확인 할 수 있어 위기 상황을 조기에 발견하고 고독사를 예방할 수 있다.

시는 읍면동 맞춤형복지팀을 통해 ‘김천행복살피미’ 앱을 방문 설치하는 사업을 추진하여 독거노인, 중장년, 장애인 등 돌봄 사각지대에 있는 1인 단독가구를 적극적으로 발굴하여 앱을 보급해, 위기상황 발생 시 안전을 즉시 확인하여 상황에 맞는 긴급조치 및 맞춤형 복지 서비스를 제공하여 김천시의 사회 안전망을 촘촘히 구축해나갈 계획이다.

김충섭 김천시장은 “1인 가구의 안전을 확보하고 고독사를 사전에 예방하기 위해 김천행복살피미 앱을 도입․운영하게 됐다”라며 “앞으로도 김천시는 시민 모두가 안전하게 생활할 수 있도록 사회 안전망을 촘촘히 구축해나가는데 더욱 노력하겠다”고 전했다.

한편, 이 앱은 안드로이드 기반 휴대폰 사용자면 시민 누구나 구글플레이스토어나 원스토어에서 ‘김천행복살피미’를 검색하고 설치한 뒤 보호자 연락처를 등록하여 즉시 사용 가능하며, 읍면동 행정복지센터 직원의 도움을 받아 이용방법을 안내받을 수 있다.

  On the other hand, this app can be used immediately by any citizen who uses an Android-based mobile phone by searching for and installing 'Gimcheon Happiness Salpimi' on the Google Play Store or One Store and registering the guardian's contact information.
