【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자=김천 지역 주요 제조업체 51.7%가 올여름 하계 휴가를 실시할 것으로 조사됐다.

김천상의가 지역 주요 제조업체 60곳을 대상으로 ‘2025년도 하계휴가 기간 및 상여금 지급실태’에 대한 조사를 실시한 결과, 60개 사업장 중 31개 업체가 실시 계획이 있다고 답했고, 기간은 대부분 7월말~8월초 사이가 될 것으로 파악됐다. 

반면, 사람들이 많이 몰리는 하계 성수기를 피해 연중 근로자가 희망하는 시기에 자유롭게 휴가를 실시하는 기업도 전년 대비 1개 업체가 증가한 20개 업체(33.3%)로 조사됐다.

하계휴가 일수는 ‘3일’(16개 업체)로 응답한 업체가 가장 많았으며, ‘5일’(9개 업체), ‘4일’(3개 업체), ‘2일’(2개 업체), ‘7일’(1개 업체) 순으로 답했다.

  휴가 시행 형태별로는 공장 가동을 일괄 중지하고 사업장 전체가 휴가를 보내는 업체는 30개 업체(50.0%)로 조사됐고, 제조설비의 특성상 또는 납기준수를 위해 공장을 운영하는 24개 업체(40.0%)는 직원간의 분할 휴가를 실시할 것으로 나타났다. 

휴가비를 지급하는 업체는 지난해 26개 업체보다 2개 업체가 줄어든 24개 업체(40.0%)로 나타났다. 16개 업체(26.7%)는 정액으로 하계 휴가비를 지급하는 것으로 나타났다.

The number of companies that pay vacation pay decreased by 2 companies from 26 companies last year to 24 companies (40.0%). 16 companies (26.7%) are found to pay summer vacation pay as a flat rate.
