【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=경북지방노동위원회(위원장 윤수경)는 20일 중앙노동위원회(위원장 김태기)의 협조하에 대구교통공사 양대노조 및 사용자와 '복수노조 솔루 션' 업무협약을 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.

'복수노조 솔루션'업무협약은 노동분야의 대안적 분쟁해결 (ADR, Alternative Dispute Resolution) 프로그램의 일환으로 2022년 김태기 위원장 취임 이후 노동위원회가 역점적으로 추진하는 사업이다.

대구교통공사는 1995.11.20. 대구광역시지하철공사로 설립(2022.9.1. ‘대구교통 공사’로 사명 변경)되어 200만 대구시민의 교통편의를 담당하고 있으며, 노사 및 노-노 간 상생의 노사문화 형성이 필요한 공기업이다.

이번 업무협약은 복수노조 관계에서 발생하는 다양한 갈등을 사전적으로 해결하는 지원시스템을 구축했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

노사는 자율적인 분쟁해결이 어려울 경우 노동위원회에 지원을 요청할 수 있고, 노동위원회는 준상근조정위원 등 전문가를 통해 각종 노사현안에 대한 조정과 법률적 자문을 지원할 예정이다.

이날 협약식에는 김태기 중앙노동위원회 위원장, 윤수경 경북지방노동 위원회 위원장, 김기혁 대구교통공사 사장, 이성일 대구교통공사노동조합 위원장, 신기수 대구도시철도노동조합 위원장 등이 참석하였다.

김태기 중앙노동위원회 위원장은 “대구교통공사에 노동분쟁을 사전에 자 율로 해결할 수 있는 체계가 마련된 것에 그 의미가 크고, 이런 분쟁해결 시 스템이 대구를 넘어 전국적으로 확대되길 바란다.”라고 밝혔다.
