【브레이크뉴스 의성】이성현 기자=의성군(군수 김주수)은 환경부‘2024년 무공해차 전환 브랜드 공모사업' 에 선정돼 군비 부담없이 관내 13개소에 충전기 19기를 설치한다고 1일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 무공해차 전환 브랜드 사업은 군은 설치장소를 제공하고 민간사업자가 충전기를 설치·운영한 후 환경부로부터 보조금을 지원받는 방식이다.

군은 공모를 통해 이브이시스(주)를 민간사업자로 선정하고 주민 이용이 많은 보건소와 면사무소 주차장을 비롯해 펫월드, 조문국박물관 등 관광지 주차장에 충전기를 설치하여 이용 편의를 증대시킬 계획이다.

김주수 의성군수는 "충전시설 확충을 통해 전기자동차를 이용하는 군민들과 방문객의 불편을 최소화하고 전기자동차 보급을 확산해 온실가스 배출저감을 위해 노력하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
