한국토지주택공사가 지난 20일 LH 진주 본사 1층 남강홀에서 개최한 ‘2024년도 우수시공업체 시상식’에서 서한은 '시흥장현 A-12BL 아파트 건설공사 8공구', '대구도남 A-1BL 아파트 건설공사 1공구'가 시공평가 건축분야에서 우수업체로 선정됐다.

이번에 선정된 '대구도남 A-1BL 아파트 건설공사 1공구'와 '시흥장현 A-12BL 아파트 건설공사 8공구'는㈜서한이 2019년 12월 31일 수주한 현장으로, 각각 계약금액 329.1억원, 420.7억원 규모의 공사이다.

LH 우수시공업체는 주택단지의 시공품질을 향상시키기 위해 매년 시행하는 제도로 공사비 100억 이상의 공사를 시행한 업체를 대상으로 한다.

선정과정은 어렵기로 알려져 있는데, 매년 LH공사에 참여한 100여개의 업체를 대상으로 전기·통신·조경 분야 등의 시공업체 중 시공품질에 대해 전문가들의 종합적이고 엄격한 평가로소수만을 선정한다.

㈜서한은총 13회에 걸쳐 LH 우수시공업체로 선정되어 공공기관으로부터 시공능력을 인정받았다.특히 2014년 이후 올해로 일곱 번째 우수시공업체 선정으로53년 전통의 기술력을증명했다.

The 'Daegu Donam A-1BL Apartment Construction Project 1st Section' and 'Siheung Janghyeon A-12BL Apartment Construction Project 8th Section' selected this time are sites that Seohan Co., Ltd. received orders for on December 31, 2019, and are construction projects worth KRW 32.91 billion and KRW 42.07 billion, respectively.

The LH Excellent Construction Company is a system implemented annually to improve the construction quality of housing complexes, targeting companies that have completed construction projects worth over KRW 10 billion.

The selection process is known to be difficult, and only a small number of companies are selected through a comprehensive and strict evaluation by experts on construction quality among the approximately 100 companies that participated in the LH construction project each year, including construction companies in the fields of electricity, communications, and landscaping.
