【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=㈜서한은 설 명절을 맞아 경기침체 등으로 경영 활동에 어려움을 겪는 협력업체를 위해 공사･자재대금을 조기 지급한다고 21일 밝혔다.
㈜서한은 이번 거래대금 조기 지급이 최근 대내외 경제 불확실성 증가, 원자재 가격 상승, 고금리에 따른 금융비용 상승 등으로 건설경기 부진 우려가 커지는 상황에서 협력사들의 명절 상여금,급여, 원자재 대금 등 현금 유동성 제고에 도움을 줄 것으로 보고 있다.
이번 조기 집행에 따라 협력업체들은 하도급 대금 348억원을 전액 현금으로 지금 받았다. 이번 조기 집행으로 혜택을 받은 협력사는 모두 122개사로 평균 12일가량 대금을 조기 지급 받아 대목 자금운용에 숨통이 트이게 되었다.
㈜서한 김병준 전무이사는 "이번 공사대금 조기지급으로 원자재 가격 상승과 건설 경기 부진으로경영에 어려움을 겪고 있는 협력업체들에게 도움이 되길 기대한다."라며 "올해도 어려운 건설경기가예상되지만 ㈜서한 협력업체의 어려움을 살피고 협력를 소홀히 하지 않겠다."라고 말햇다.
한편 협력업체와의 상생을 강조해온 서한은 2017년부터 지난해까지 8년 연속 국토교통부가 실시한건설업자간 상호협력 평가에서 95점 이상(최우수등급)을 획득, 상호협력 우수 건설업체로 선정된바 있다.
