최근 서한은 충청북도 청주시 오송읍에서 선보인 대단지 ‘오송역 서한이다음 노블리스’의 세대 계약을 모두 완료한 것으로 알려졌다. 

1천 113세대 모두 정당계약을 완료함으로써 주)서한은 대구.경북을 뛰어넘어 전국구 건설명가로 발돋움을 시작했다.  

‘오송역 서한이다음 노블리스’가 정당계약을 시작한 것은 지난달 22일부터.

서한은 28일까지 실시한 정당계약을 통해 청약자 부적격 등으로 남아 있는 일부 세대를 포함해 1천113세대 모두를 계약하는 데 성공했다.

무엇보다 전국적으로 분양시장이 침체국면임에도 불구하고 100% 계약으로 업계를 놀라게 했다.

일각에선 예견된 결과라는 분석도 있다.한국부동산원 청약 홈에 따르면, ‘오송역 서한이다음 노블리스’는 8월 31일부터 9월 1일까지 진행된 1순위 청약에서 이미 이같은 결과를 예측케 했다. 677세대(특별공급 제외) 모집에 총 5천838건의 접수가 몰리면서 평균 8.62대 1의 경쟁률을 보였던 것. 

분양 관계자는 이같은 결과의 원인으로 대단지 아파트로서의 매력을 꼽았다. 그러면서 “여기에 차별화된 특화설계와 조경설계, 단지 내 수영장 등 다채로운 커뮤니티 시설까지 갖췄다는 점에서 입주민들에게 높은 주거 만족도를 제공할 수 있을 것”이라고 덧붙였다. 

업계에서는 시장을 보는 서한의 안목을 꼽았다. 다른 기업과 달리 서한은 이 지역 특성상 바이오 산업의 투자 상황을 예의주시했고, 그에 따라 중대형 상품이라 하더라도 품질만 좋으면 분양이 그리 어렵지 않을 것이란 판단이 주효했다는 것. 

최근 서한의 공격적 마케팅과 투자는 전국구 건설 명가로의 진입 전망을 밝게 하고 있다. 이제까지 서한은 7만 5천여세대의 주택을 분양하고 4년연속 대한주캑공사 우수시공업체로 선정되는 등 대내외적으로 시공 능력을 인정받고 있다.

특히, 이번과 같이 대구경북을 넘어 충청권에서 연달아 분양에 성공하면서 닙지를 더욱 공고히 하고 있다. 서한 관계자는 “2020년 대전에서 ‘유성둔곡지구 서한이다음’을 성공적으로 분양한 이후 서한은 대구와 경북을 넘어 전국 주요 지역으로 주택사업을 적극적으로 확장해 나가고 있다”고 말했다.

한편, ‘오송역 서한이다음 노블리스’는 충청북도 청주시 흥덕구 오송읍 일원에서 지하 1층~지상 25층, 전용 101~182㎡ 총 1,113세대 규모로 조성됐다.
