6일 오전 10시 제311회 임시회 제3차 본회의에는 10일간 각 상임위원회의 면밀한 심사를 거친 제·개정 조례안 14건, 결의안 3건, 동의안 8건, 계획안 7건 등 총 32건이 상정됐다.

기획행정위원회는 대구시 2024년도 수시분 제3차 공유재산 관리계획(변경)안에서 신청사 건립 등 현안사업 재원확보를 위한 칠곡행정타운 부지 매각 부문을 삭제하고 수정 의결했다.

경제환경위원회의 대구시 정원문화 육성 및 진흥 조례 일부개정조례안과 교육위원회의 대구시교육청 학생 노동권익 및 직업윤리교육 활성화 조례안도 수정안이 처리됐다.

교육위원회는  ‘대구광역시교육청 인구감소지역 교육지원 조례안’을 인구감소지역의 실효성 있는 교육 지원 방안 모색 등 추가적인 논의가 필요하다고 판단해 심사를 유보했다. 

그 밖에 제·개정 조례안 12건과 결의안 3건, 동의안 8건, 계획안 6건은 원안대로 가결(채택)했다.

At 10 am on the 6th, the 3rd plenary session of the 311th extraordinary session included 14 ordinance proposals, 3 resolutions, 8 consent proposals, and 7 plans that had been thoroughly reviewed by each standing committee for 10 days, a total of 32 items were on the agenda.

The Planning and Administration Committee decided to delete and revise the section on the sale of the Chilgok Administrative Town site to secure funds for pending projects such as the construction of a new building in the 3rd shared property management plan (amended) of Daegu City for 2024.

The Economic and Environmental Committee’s partial revision of the Daegu City Garden Culture Promotion and Promotion Ordinance and the Education Committee’s Daegu City Office of Education Student Labor Rights and Professional Ethics Education Activation Ordinance were also processed as amendments.

The Board of Education decided to postpone the review of the ‘Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education Population Decline Area Education Support Ordinance’, judging that additional discussions were needed, such as finding effective educational support measures for population-decline areas.

In addition, 12 proposed or revised ordinances, 3 resolutions, 8 consent motions, and 6 plans were passed (adopted) as originally proposed.
