【브레이크뉴스 경북 】박은정 기자=경산시는 27일부터 28일까지 이틀간 대구가톨릭대학교 청년희망공작소에서 '청년희망공작소 할로윈 페스티벌'을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
개회식 행사는 청년창업가를 비롯해 조현일 경산시장, 도·시의원, 성한기 대구가톨릭대학교 총장직무대행 등이 참석한 가운데 지난 1년간의 성과를 공유하는 경과보고와 개회 퍼포먼스, 부대행사로 진행됐다.
페스티벌 본행사에서는 개성 넘치는 청년들이 참가한 할로윈 코스프레 경연대회, 버블공연, 마술공연, 야외 영화관람이 이어졌다.
또 청년희망공작소에 입주하여 창업보육 중인 청년창업가들이 준비한 플리마켓과 청년들이 주도하여 사회문제 해결을 고민하는 리빙랩 사업 참가팀들의 비건 페스티벌 부스, 지역 공방에서 참가한 체험부스 등 행사장 곳곳에 시민들이 참여할 수 있는 다양한 즐길 거리로 채워졌다.
행사는 둘째 날인 28일에는 오후 5시 30분부터 지역 대학 동아리 댄스, 힙합, 보컬 팀들의 공연, 할로윈 테마와 어울리는 EDM 파티, 초청 가수 공연이 진행되며 깊어가는 가을 저녁에 아름다운 추억을 선사할 예정이다.
조현일 경산시장은“청년들의 안정적인 창업기반 구축을 위해 추진하는 '청년희망공작소'사업이 지역과 함께 성장하는 창업 생태계 조성에 선도적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다”며 “청년들이 일하고, 머무르고 싶은 청년도시 경산이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
