이관호 센터장은 영남대병원장, 대한결핵 및 호흡기학회장 등을 역임했고, 제40회 유한 결핵 및 호흡기 학술상을 수상한 바 있다.
현재는 대구경북 권역 호흡기 전문질환센터장, 대구금연지원센터장을 역임 중이며,각 사업별로 높은 공로를 인정받고 있다.
이관호 센터장은 “앞으로 대한결핵협회 대구경북지부에서는 결핵 퇴치에 전력을 다할 뿐만 아니라, 권역 센터와 함께 지역민의 호흡기 건강을 책임질 것”이라고 말했다.
