LX는 지적재조사 민간 대행업체로 선정된 ㈜누리이앤이와 공동으로 사업을 진행하게 된다.

토지현황조사, 임시경계점표지설치, 필지별 면적산정 등의 업무는 ㈜누리이앤이가 이행하고 최종 측량성과에 대한 검증, 토지소유자들과의 경계조정 및 협의, 지적확정예정조서 작성 등은 LX가 이행한다.

사업지구 토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 임시경계점표지 설치 시 참관해 자기소유 필지의 경계를 확인하고 의견을 제출하면 된다.
