느린우체통은 느림의 미학과 추억을 전해주는 우편서비스로 사랑하는 가족, 친구 또는 자신에게 마음을 담은 엽서를 적어 우체통에 넣으면 1년 후 배달되며, 대구·경북 주요 관광지 90곳에 운영중이다.
포항시 구룡포 근대문화역사거리 방문객이 느린우체통을 이용하여 엽서를 발송하고, 발송한 사진을 QR코드를 통하여 인증하면 이벤트에 참여할 수 있다.
경북지방우정청은 이벤트 응모 관광객을 대상으로 추첨을 통해 50명에게 지역특산품을 발송할 예정이며, 당첨자는 오는 6월 16일 경북지방우정청 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있으며 개별 통보할 예정이다.
경북지방우정청 관계자는 “이번 이벤트를 통해 관광지에서 행복한 추억을 만들고 느림의 미학과 추억을 경험하는 기회가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
