강 의원은 한덕수 국무총리에게는 연금개혁에 대하여 질의했다. 강 의원은 “3대 개혁이라고 해서 선정한 연금개혁이지만 사실상 동력을 상실한 것 아닌가"라고 물었고, 한 총리는 ”연금개혁은 저출산에도 큰 영향을 미친다며 시급히 추진하겠다“고 답했다.
