그간 지묘교에서 신숭겸장군 유적지로 진입하는 우회전 구간이 협소하여 인근 주민들과 유적지를 방문하는 관광객들의 민원이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다.

이에 따라 확보한 예산 3억원은 신숭겸장군유적지 진입로(지묘교) 가각부 확장공사에 투입될 예정으로 통행 불편이 크게 해소될 전망이다.

이와 함께 도동 638-1번지 일원 소하천 정비사업을 위한 예산 5억원을 추가로 확보했다. 이는 홍수시 제방붕괴나 농경지 유실 등 수해 예방을 위해 마련되었다.

군위군의 경우 어르신들의 생활체육시설 확충을 위한 게이트볼장 조성공사 예산 10억원을 확보했다. 초고령화에 따른 지역 어르신들의 건강에 대한 관심도 증가와 맟춤형 공공 체육시설 확중에 대한 요구가 지속적으로 이어져왔다. 게이트볼장 조성은 어르신들의 건강과 삶의 질 개선에 크게 기여할 예정이다.
