【브레이크뉴스 】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청(교육감 강은희)이 경북도교육청과 공동으로 군위군 편입 실무협의회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

10일 대구시교육청은 경북도교육청과 함께 군위교육지원청 및 삼국유사군위도서관을 방문하고 군위군의 대구시 편입 확정 후 처음으로 양 교육청이 함께 하는 실무협의회를 개최했다고 전했다.

이날 행사에는 대구시교육청 전종섭 정책지원국장과 경북도교육청 최규태 행정국장을 비롯한 70여 명의 업무담당자들이 참석한 가운데 지난 6일 대구시교육청이 자체 편입추진단을 구성해 논의한 내용을 기반으로 양 교육청의 업무현황 교류와 여러 가지 현안에 대한 향후 대응 방안이 제시되었다.

특히 공무원 정ㆍ현원, 전보 등 인사 운영방안, 공유재산 이관 및 폐교재산 활용 방안, 현재 추진 중인 군위지역 학교(기관) 시설공사 현황 및 이관 방안 등 각 분야별 인수대상 사업 세부 추진방안 등이 집중적으로 논의되며 눈길을 끌었다.

대구시교육청은 이날 진행한 실무협의회 결과를 군위군 편입 추진 실무에 적극 반영하여, 군위 지역 교육수요자에게 대구시 편입과 동시에 안정적인 교육환경을 제공할 수 있도록 할 계획이다.

강은희 교육감은 “양 교육청의 지속적인 협의를 통해 군위 지역 학교와 교육행정기관에서 추진하는 업무는 기존 경북교육청 정책의 연속성을 유지하면서도 대구교육청의 정책이 안정적으로 반영되도록 모든 노력을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
