대구광역시교육청이 교육청 소속 공무원 노동조합과의 단체교섭에 공식적으로 나섰다.

대구시교육청은 오는 26일 오후 3시 본청에서 대구광역시교육청공무원노동조합, 전국공무원노조 교육청본부 대구지부와 함께 단체교섭 개회식을 열고 본격적인 교섭 일정에 들어간다고 밝혔다.

이날 개회식에는 강은희 교육감과 교육청 간부 10명, 윤태희 대구시교육청공무원노조 위원장, 이선수 전국공무원노조 교육청본부 대구지부장 등 노조 간부 9명이 참석한다.

이번 교섭은 지난해 체결된 단체협약 이후 처음 열리는 자리로, 지방공무원의 근무여건과 처우 개선을 주요 의제로 노동조합의 요구안에 대한 논의가 이뤄질 전망이다. 개회식 이후에는 노조가 제출한 요구안을 바탕으로 부서별 실무교섭도 순차적으로 진행된다.
