국민의힘 김희국 국회의원(경북 군위‧의성‧청송‧영덕)이 국토교통부의 제5차 국도‧국지도 5개년 계획에 지역구 3개 구간이 최종 반영된 소식을 전하며 환영의 뜻을 밝혔다.
이번에 확정‧발표된 5개년 계획에는 ▲군위 삼국유사-우보 국도개량 ▲ 청송 청운-부남 감연 국도개량 ▲영덕 강구-축산 국지도개량 사업이 포함되었다.
이에 김희국 의원은 “지역 주민들의 교통불편 해소, 사고 예방을 위해 꼭 필요한 사업들이 정부 계획에 최종 반영되어 매우 기쁘다”는 환영의 의사를 전했다.
국도28호선 ‘삼국유사-우보’는 고로면 화수리에서 우보면 선곡리 간 7.72km 구간의 2차로 시설개량사업으로, 사업 확정에 따라 향후 시설개량에 국비 412억원이 투입될 예정이다.
국도31호선 ‘청송 청운-부남 감연’은 청송읍 청운리에서 부남면 감연리 간 3.83km 구간의 2차로 시설개량사업으로 국비 328억원이 투입될 예정이며 국지도20호선 ‘영덕 강구-축산’은 강구면 하저리에서 축산면 경정리간 14.13km 구간의 2차로 시설개량 사업으로 총 1,101억원이 투입될 예정이다.
김희국 의원은 “사업의 확정을 위해 함께 노력한 지자체 관계자들의 노고에 감사드리며, 향후 사업의 조속한 추진과 예산확보를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
