아울러 강대식 의원은 “대구경북통합신공항의 적기 개항과 교통망 확충 및 신공항 배후 첨단산업단지 조성을 통한 ‘자족 에어시티’ 건설, 대구 시내의 군부대 군위군 유치를 통한 ‘복합 밀리터리 타운’ 조성 등을 적극 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
