【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구도시개발공사(사장 정명섭)는 설 연휴를 앞두고 시민 안전 확보와 따뜻한 명절 분위기 조성을 위해 ‘2026년 설 연휴 종합대책’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 종합대책은 ▲나눔문화 확산 ▲전통시장 및 지역상권 활성화 ▲자연재난 예방과 공직기강 확립 등 3대 분야를 중심으로 마련됐다.

먼저 공사 청아람봉사단은 지난 5일 달서구 상인종합사회복지관을 찾아 주거 취약계층 어르신을 대상으로 무료급식 봉사활동을 펼치고 안부를 살피는 등 따뜻한 명절 나눔을 실천했다. 이와 함께 상인·범물·지산·남산종합사회복지관에 무료급식 운영비 400만 원을 전달하며 취약계층 지원에 힘을 보탰다.

지역경제 활성화를 위한 지원도 병행한다. 공사는 9일부터 12일까지 전통시장 장보기 행사를 추진해 전 임직원이 온누리상품권을 활용한 소비 활동에 참여할 예정이며, 이를 통해 전통시장과 지역상권 활성화에 기여할 계획이다. 아울러 건설현장 공사대금을 조기 지급해 대금 체불 예방에도 적극 나선다.

이와 함께 설 연휴 기간 동안 자연재난에 대비해 재난안전대책본부를 운영하고 비상근무체계를 가동하는 등 시민 안전 확보에도 만전을 기할 방침이다.
