이번 협약을 통해 네이버클라우드의 AI 안부전화 서비스 ‘클로바 케어콜’, KT텔레캅의 실시간 관제·출동 시스템, 세종네트웍스의 올케어서비스 관제 플랫폼을 연계해 고독사 위험이 높은 고령층 및 1인 가구를 위한 AI 돌봄체계를 구축할 예정이다.

협약의 핵심 목표는 돌봄 사각지대 해소와 사회적 고립 예방이다. 대구도시개발공사는 AI 기반 비대면 안부 확인 서비스를 제공하고, AI가 이상 징후를 감지하면 관제센터가 즉시 확인 후 KT텔레캅 출동팀, 119, 관리사무소 등 유관기관과 협력해 긴급 대응하는 체계를 구축했다.
