【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구도시개발공사(사장 정명섭)는 보상업무 담당자의 전문성을 높이고 시민에게 신뢰받는 보상 행정을 구현하기 위해 보상업무 ‘알못’ 탈출을 위한 ‘찐’ 입문서(이하 보상업무 길라잡이)를 발간했다고 밝혔다.

이번 길라잡이는 공공개발사업 특성상 보상 착수부터 완료까지 5~6년 이상 장기간이 소요되는 가운데, 담당자의 잦은 교체와 복잡한 법령·절차로 인해 발생하는 보상 고객의 불편을 해소하기 위해 현업 부서 실무자들이 주도적으로 제작했다는 점에서 의미가 크다.

'보상업무 길라잡이'는 기존의 법령 중심 매뉴얼에서 벗어나 삽화와 사례를 활용해 신규 담당자와 초임직원의 눈높이에 맞춰 구성됐다. 주요 내용은 ▲보상업무 개요 ▲민법·부동산공시법 등 필수 법률 지식 ▲공익사업과 토지수용 절차 ▲명도소송 및 지적정리 등 사후관리까지 보상제도 전반의 흐름을 체계적으로 정리한 총론 중심의 입문서다.

공사는 이번 책자 발간을 통해 초임직원의 조기 업무 적응을 돕고 업무 처리의 정확도를 높여, 보상 민원 대응의 일관성과 대시민 서비스 만족도를 제고할 계획이다. 또한 해당 길라잡이를 전국 지방개발공사에도 배포해 보상업무 노하우를 공유하고, 유관기관 간 협력 네트워크를 강화하는 등 지방공기업으로서의 사회적 책임을 실천하고 있다.
