공사는 2023년 안동시 길안면 및 군위군 부계면과 자매결연 업무협약을 체결한 이후, 도농상생과 농촌경제 활성화를 위해 농가 일손돕기와 지역 특산물 구매·기부 활동을 꾸준히 이어오고 있다.

이번 봉사활동에는 청아람봉사단과 길안면 행정복지센터 관계자 등 16명이 참여해 사과 수확과 선별 작업을 지원하며 농가의 부담을 덜었다.

또한 공사는 이달 말 자매결연지역에서 생산된 농산물을 구매해 대구 및 자매결연지 내 사회복지시설 13개소에 기부할 예정이다. 기부 물품은 약 1,500만 원 상당의 사과(5kg) 150박스와 쌀(10kg) 170포로, 지역 농산물 판로 확대와 취약계층 복지 증진에 기여할 계획이다.

정명섭 사장 직무대행은 “수확철 농가의 어려움을 함께 나눌 수 있어 뜻깊다”며 “앞으로도 자매결연지역과 지속적인 교류를 강화하고, 도농상생을 실천하는 ESG 경영을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
