【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=국립농산물품질관리원 경북지원(지원장 김종필, 이하 농관원 경북지원)은 10월 31일 예천군에서 가루쌀벼를 시작으로 2024년산 공공비축 포대벼 매 입 검사를 대구·경북 22개 시군 389개 검사장에서 실시한다고 밝혔다.

농관원 경북지원에 따르면 대구․경북 지역 2024년산 공공비축 포대벼 검사물량은 총 63,853톤(조곡 기준)으로 일반벼 61,472톤, 가루쌀벼 1,532톤, 친환경벼 849톤이며 10월 15일 농림축산식품부에서 발표한 수확기 쌀값 안정 대책에 따른 추가 시장 격리곡 18,860톤도 공공비축 포대벼 매입 검사와 동시에 진행할 예정이다.

올해부터는 1등급 이상만 매입하던 친환경벼를 특·1·2·3등급까지 확대 매 입하고 가루쌀벼의 수분 규격은 15% 이하로 운영되며 등숙기 고온으로 인 한 병충해, 수발아 등의 피해벼에 대해서는 농가 희망 물량 전량을 별도 로 매입한다.

농관원 김종필 경북지원장은 “정부의 수확기 쌀값 안정 대책에 따라 공 공비축 포대벼 및 시장격리곡 매입검사를 차질없이 수행하는데 최선을 다 하겠다”면서 “출하농가에서는 출하품이 검사규격에 맞는지 확인해 주시고 검사장 내 안전사고가 발생하지 않도록 적극 협조해 주실것”을 당부했다.
