【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시의회(의장 이동협)는 8일 오전 의회 본회의장에서 제2차 본회의를 열고 9일간 진행된 제286회 경주시의회 임시회 일정을 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이날 본회의에 앞서 김소현 의원이 ‘미래세대를 위한 청년·청소년 미래재단 및 국제학교 설립’을 주제로, 최영기 의원이 ‘우리 지역 축제의 문제점과 시민참여 축제로의 전환’을 주제로 5분 자유발언을 실시했다.

이어진 본회의에서는 6건의 의원 발의를 포함한 13건의 조례안과 7건의 동의안, 1건의 의견청취안 등의 의안이 상정된 가운데, 2건(경주시 문화상 조례 일부개정조례안, 경주시 상품권 발행 및 운영 조례 일부개정조례안)이 수정가결됐으며, 나머지는 원안대로 가결·채택됐다.

이날 제2차 본회의를 주재한 이동협 경주시의회 의장은 “경주시의회 임시회가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 힘써주신 동료의원 및 공직자 여러분들에게 감사드리며, 곧 열리게 될 제287회 제2차 정례회에도 적극적인 협조와 참여를 당부드린다.”고 전했다.

한편 경주시의회는 오는 11월 28일 2024년의 마지막 회기인 제287회 제2차 정례회를 개회할 예정이다.

Gyeongju City Council, 286th Temporary Session Schedule Ends

On the morning of the 8th, Gyeongju City Council (Chairman Lee Dong-hyeop) held the 2nd plenary session in the council’s main conference room and concluded the 286th Gyeongju City Council Temporary Session schedule that lasted for 9 days.

In the plenary session that followed, 13 bills including 6 proposed by assembly members, 7 motions for consent, and 1 motion for public opinion were tabled, and 2 bills (「Partial Amendment to the Gyeongju City Cultural Award Ordinance」, 「Partial Amendment to the Gyeongju City Gift Certificate Issuance and Operation Ordinance」) were passed with amendments, while the rest were passed and adopted as originally proposed.

On this day, Gyeongju City Council Chairman Lee Dong-hyeop, who presided over the 2nd plenary session, said, “I would like to thank my fellow council members and public officials who worked hard to ensure that the Gyeongju City Council’s extraordinary session proceeded smoothly, and I ask for your active cooperation and participation in the 287th 2nd regular session that will be held soon.”

In the meantime, the Gyeongju City Council is scheduled to open the 287th 2nd regular session, the last session of 2024, on November 28.
