【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시의회(의장 이동협)는 3일 본회의장에서 제292회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열고 9일간의 일정에 들어갔다.

이날 본회의에서는 최재필, 한순희, 김항규 의원이 각각 ‘무분별한 차선규제봉 철거’, ‘윗동천 금학마을 도시가스 공급 촉구’, ‘독도체험관 건립’을 주제로 5분 자유발언을 실시했다. 이어 「제292회 임시회 회기결정의 건」, 「2025년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획 변경안 제안설명의 건」, 「회의록 서명의원 선임의 건」, 「경주시 투자유치위원회 등 위원 추천의 건」 등이 처리됐다.

이번 제2회 추가경정예산안은 제1회 추경 2조 2,600억 원보다 1,125억 원 증가한 2조 3,725억 원 규모이며, 기금운용계획 변경안은 2,793억 3천만 원에서 3억 9천만 원 증액된 2,797억 2천만 원으로 편성됐다.

의회는 4일부터 10일까지 휴회 기간 동안 각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회를 통해 추경예산안과 기금운용계획 변경안, 행정사무감사 결과보고서 채택, 조례안 11건, 동의안 7건, 보고 6건 등 총 27건의 안건을 심사·청취할 계획이다.

이번 회기 중 의원 발의 안건은 ▲경주시 원자력산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲경주시 화훼산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲경주시 도시농업 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲경주시 위기가구 발굴 및 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲경주시 장애인·노인 전동보조기기 이용 안전 증진에 관한 조례안 ▲경주시 건축 조례 일부개정조례안 ▲경주솔거미술관 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안 등 총 7건이다.

이동협 의장은 개회사에서 “APEC 정상회의 준비를 위해 최선을 다하고 있는 공직자 여러분께 감사드리며, 손님맞이에 차질이 없도록 총력을 다해 달라”며 “시 재정이 적재적소에 배치될 수 있도록 제2회 추가경정예산안 심사에도 적극 협조해 주길 바란다”고 당부했다.

In his opening remarks, Chairman Lee Dong-hyeop expressed his gratitude, saying, "I would like to express my gratitude to all public officials who are doing their utmost to prepare for the APEC Summit.
