9일 성주군은 회계 실무자 등 60여 명과 회의를 갖고 신속집행 대상액 중 상반기에 60% 이상 집행을 목표로취약계층ˑ소상공인 지원 등 민생안정 지원 예산, 보조사업 및 소규모 주민숙원사업 등 주민밀접사업에 신속집행하기로 했다.

이를 위해 소규모 주민숙원사업 합동설계단을 조기 운영 중이며, 지방보조금관리위원회 및 투자심사 위원회를 1월 중 개최하여 사전절차를 앞당기고,긴급입찰, 수의금액 확대, 선금ˑ기성금 지급, 각종 심사 기간 단축 등 신속집행을 위한 지방계약제도를 적극 활용하여 신속하고 효율적으로 예산을 집행할 계획이다.

이병환 성주군수는 “지역경제와 민생에 직결되는 사업부터 시작해서 전례없는 속도와 규모로 신속 집행을 추진하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
