【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국가스공사(사장 최연혜)는 올해 총 1조 2,623억 원 규모의 공사·용역·물품 발주 계획을 확정하고, 자사 홈페이지와 조달청 나라장터에 이를 공개했다.

21일 가스공사에 따르면 올해 발주 규모는 공사 8,695억 원(211건), 용역 2,342억 원(381건), 물품 구매 1,586억 원(607건)으로, 지난해 실적 대비 1,273억 원 증가했다.

공사 부문에서는 ‘당진기지 2단계 5~7 저장탱크 및 부대설비 건설 공사(6,677억 원, 2월)’가 최대어로 손꼽히며, ‘가산~가평 천연가스 공급시설 제1공구 건설 공사(610억 원, 5월)’ 등도 발주된다.

용역 부문은 ‘2025 시설 통합 위탁관리 용역(550억 원)’, ‘특수경비용역(310억 원)’, ‘당진기지 건설공사 5~7 저장탱크 비파괴검사 기술 용역(160억 원)’등이 이름을 올렸다.

물품 부문에서는 ‘주배관 건설용 파이프(20인치 및 26인치 이상) 연간 단가 계약(311억 원)’등이 추진되며, 발주 물량 중 일부(554건)에 대해서는 내수 침체로 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소기업의 참여기회를 확대하고자 이들 기업만을 대상으로 입찰을 진행한다.

특히, 가스공사는 이 중 상반기에만 1조 1천억 원 규모의 발주를 조기에 집행함으로써 경기 활성화에 주력하고 있는 정부 정책에 힘을 보탠다는 방침이다.

최연혜 가스공사 사장은 “올해에도 글로벌 경제 악화와 국내 경기 둔화 흐름이 이어질 것으로 예상되는 만큼, 민생 안정을 위한 가스공사의 역할과 책임이 매우 크다”며, “속도감 있는 계약 절차 진행으로 정부의 재정 조기 집행을 적극 뒷받침하겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Gas Corporation (CEO Choi Yeon-hye) has finalized a total of KRW 1.2623 trillion worth of construction, service, and goods orders this year and has disclosed it on its website and the Public Procurement Service’s National Marketplace.

According to the gas corporation on the 21st, this year’s order volume is KRW 869.5 billion (211 cases) for construction, KRW 234.2 billion (381 cases) for services, and KRW 158.6 billion (607 cases) for goods purchases, an increase of KRW 127.3 billion compared to last year’s performance.

In the construction sector, the ‘Dangjin Base Phase 2 5-7 Storage Tank and Auxiliary Equipment Construction Project (KRW 667.7 billion, February)’ is the largest, and the ‘Gasan-Gapyeong Natural Gas Supply Facility Section 1 Construction Project (KRW 61 billion, May)’ is also being ordered.

In the service sector, the ‘2025 Facility Integrated Consignment Management Service (KRW 55 billion)’, ‘Special Security Service (KRW 31 billion)’, and ‘Dangjin Base Construction Project 5-7 Storage Tank Non-Destructive Inspection Technology Service (KRW 16 billion)’ are on the list.

In the goods sector, the ‘Main Pipe Construction Pipe (20 inches and 26 inches or larger) Annual Unit Price Contract (KRW 31.1 billion)’ is being promoted, and for some of the ordered volumes (554 cases), bids will be conducted only for small and medium-sized companies suffering from the domestic economic slowdown in order to expand opportunities for participation.

In particular, the gas corporation plans to support the government's policy of focusing on revitalizing the economy by executing orders worth 1.1 trillion won early in the first half of this year alone.

Choi Yeon-hye, president of the gas corporation, said, "As the global economic downturn and the domestic economic slowdown are expected to continue this year, the role and responsibility of the gas corporation for stabilizing people's livelihoods are very important," and "We will actively support the government's early execution of finances by proceeding with contract procedures with a sense of urgency."
