TF팀은 건설안전과장을 단장으로 하여 △기반시설 설치팀(토공 및 기초 공사) △임시조립주택 설치팀 △상수도시설 설치팀(관로 및 상수도시설 연결) △하수도시설 설치팀(정화조 설치 등) △전기·통신 설치팀 등으로 세분화되어 구성됐다. 이들은 인·허가 관련 부서와 사전 협의를 통해 모듈러 주택 보급을 빠르게 진행할 예정이다.

TF팀은 화매초등학교 폐교 부지에 36동, 화매권역센터에 5동의 임시주거 마을을 조성할 계획이다. 금주 내로 부지 임대차 계약을 완료하고, 상·하수도, 전기·통신 등 기반시설 설치 계약을 진행하여 이재민들이 빠르게 정착할 수 있도록 준비할 예정이다.

오도창 영양군수는 “산불 피해 복구를 위한 ‘원 포인트 추경’을 통해 임시주거용 모듈러 주택 공급을 위한 예산을 확보하고, 이재민들이 조금이라도 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 최선을 다해 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
